Twenty-two alleged street-level drug dealers face charges as the result of an undercover operation by the Jefferson City Police Department’s Aggressive Criminal Enforcement (ACE) unit, Chief Andy Dossett reported this week.

A total of 31 indictments were returned against the individuals, who have all been arrested recently. The most prevalent drug purchased by undercover operatives is methamphetamine, but suboxone, heroin, and deadly fentanyl and opana showed up as well.
