A Knoxville man was indicted Monday on charges stemming from a series of thefts involving a bass boat and boating equipment last year.

Mickey Todd Neely, 39, of 2016 Seymour Avenue, is charged with two counts theft over $10,000, vandalism over $2,500, burglary, three counts theft over $1,000, two counts theft over $2,500, theft under $1,000, vandalism under $1,000, violation of flotation device law, and violation of vessel registration law.
