A plan to offer $925,000 for a downtown Dandridge office building appears headed for a vote during Monday night’s regular session of County Commission.

In July, the group deadlocked 9-9 on purchasing the three-story building for $1 million. During Monday’s work session, Commissioner Katy Huffaker said she plans to offer a new motion with the reduced price. She also provided new figures on updating an elevator and other aspects of the 1222 Gay Street building.
