A Dandridge homeowner is back in her residence after a judge altered a “padlock” injunction to apply only to three of her relatives charged with drug-peddling.

Though she is not charged with a crime, Sharon L. Bennett was barred from her home for about three weeks beginning August 6 on a judge’s temporary order issued after prosecutors claimed the 114 St. Paul Drive residence had served as a “hub of drug activity.”
