Interviews about life on Jay Bird Hill will be part of the permanent record at Jefferson City Library.

Last week, transcriptions of interviews with 37 current or former residents — most of whom attended Nelson Merry School — were donated to the library for use in future research. Library Director David Phillips said the information will be catalogued and available to the public in about a month.
