Squeezed into one month, planning for the first annual Festival at Mossy Creek Station has been a serious undertaking. Well, as serious as it can be with Frank “Mayor of Old Downtown” Brown at the helm.

“Someone said you’d have to be crazy to do this,” said Brown with a foreshadowing grin. “Well, I fit the bill. I’d like to think it’s on the joyous side and not the institutional kind but, yes, I think you have to be a little crazy to do it.”
