Maury Leo Club purchases items for Jefferson Park

The Maury Middle School Leo Club, sponsored by the Lions Club of Dandridge, recently received an $800 grant from the Literacy Association of Tennessee. The Leos used the grant to purchase Amazon Fire tablets with an e-book subscription, Echo Dots and headphones for residents at Jefferson Park in Dandridge with visual or hearing difficulties – to enable them to continue to enjoy books electronically.
