Decisions to expand into e-commerce and consolidate operations in logistics-friendly Jefferson County continue to propel Dandridge furniture maker Overman.

The family-owned plant is investing nearly $2 million for new facilities and equipment in order to keep up with demand from the likes of catalogue and on-line presences Pottery Barn and West Elm.
