Sheree’s Sweets and Treats opens

Sheree’s Sweets and Treats hosted its grand opening and ribbon cutting Thursday in Dandridge. The shop, will offer ice cream treats along with snow balls, a Louisianna specialty. Owners Sheree and Jason Windom hope to expand their food offerings later in the year.
