Teddy Bear Parade

New Dandridge Elementary Principal Jim Hodge, along with teacher Brittney Romines, take time out for the annual Teddy Bear Parade as they support new kindergartners for their elaborate creative efforts. – KIMARY CLELLAND  |  THE STANDARD BANNER

Last Friday was a first for new Dandridge Elementary School (DES) Principal Jim Hodges. Never in his extensive school career has he seen the Teddy Bear Parade.

After joining the experienced staff at his new home school, he took a little time to enjoy the traditional parade of new kindergarteners who pull their decorated floats to cheers of every class in the school.
