Barbara Osborne Holbert, age 84, of White Pine, passed away at Morristown Hamblen Hospital on Saturday, November 9, 2019, after a brief illness. She was a member of First Baptist Church in White Pine and retired after 36 years of service as a Time Clerk at American Enka. She professed her Christian Faith at a very young age. She enjoyed reading, puzzles and spending time with her family. Barbara is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, James Holbert; parents, William and Maggie Sinard Osborne; sister, Wonnie (Howard) Brooks; brothers, Johnnie, Robert and Jack (Wanda Sue) Osborne; great-grandson Kingston Jude Kinsler. She is survived by her daughters, Jami and Lisa Holbert; grandchildren, Jeffery (Angel) Kinsler, Daniel (Tiffany) Kinsler, Logan Holbert, Rylea Holbert; great-grandchildren, Ethan Kinsler, Megan Kinsler, Phoenix Kinsler, Ethan Coffman and Cadence West; best friend and beloved sister-in-law, Flossie Osborne; also several nieces, nephews and other family members. The family would like to express a special Thank You to her Home Health Nurse, Felecia Stewart. Memorial Services will be held on Friday, November 15, 2019 at 7 p.m. at First Baptist Church, White Pine with the Rev. Brian Osborne officiating. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. prior to the service. Farrar Funeral Home, White Pine is in charge of arrangements.
