There will be no regular meeting of the Dandridge Historic Planning Commission held for the month of June (6/27/19) due to no items being submitted for the agenda. The next regular monthly meeting will be July 25, 2019.

PROPOSALS

Sealed Proposals for the project entitled PRINTING & MAILING SERVICES RFP will be received by the Town of Dandridge Water Management Facility (DWMF) until 9:00 a.m. local time July 2, 2019 at DWMF, 1114 Wastewater Drive, P.O. Box 68, Dandridge, TN 37725, and then publicly opened and read aloud. Please mark PRINTING & MAILING SERVICES RFP on all sealed envelopes.  All proposals must be received by the Town before the opening date.  YOU MAY NOT FAX THIS PROPOSAL.  No late or unsigned proposals will be considered under any circumstance.

The County Commission of Jefferson County Tennessee will conduct a public hearing on June 27, at 6:15 p.m., on the county’s intent to exceed the certified (tax neutral) property tax rate.  This public hearing will be held at Jefferson County Courthouse, 202 W. Main Street, Dandridge, Tennessee.  The certified tax rate as defined by T.C.A. §67-5-1701 is $2.1439 per $100 of assessed valuation.  The County’s proposed FY 2020 budget, if adopted, will require a proposed tax levy of $2.19 per $100 of assessed valuation.
