The Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, July 8, 2019 in the Jefferson County Courthouse. The purpose of the hearing will be to hear comments from the public on the following proposed resolution to rezone property:
Rezoning resolution- R-1 to C-2 property located at 1250 Old A.J. Highway E. in Talbott by East TN Investment Properties, LLC (map 008I group D parcel 002.00)
Three copies of the proposed resolutions will be available at the zoning office during normal business hours for public review.
