Shrader fires pitch

The Lady Bombers worked overtime more than once to capture the South Jefferson League 11-12 girls softball tournament championship.

The Bombers fought their way out of the losers bracket – playing five games in one day – then had to go to an extra inning to defeat the Black Ice 11-10 in the championship game on June 29.
