DANDRIDGE - Maury wasted no time Tuesday night making sure homecoming was a happy event.

The Hornets ran to a 40-point halftime lead enroute to a 52-14 win over visiting Rutledge to improve to 7-0, maintaining their spot atop the Middle Eight Conference standings.
