DANDRIDGE - Big scoring advantages in the second and third quarter carried Jefferson County High’s boys to an easy 75-44 win over Morristown West Tuesday night.

The win sets up a battle for first place in District 2-AAA Friday night, when the Patriots (10-7, 4-1) host Sevier County (9-3, 5-0) in Dandridge.
