Jefferson City Mayor Mitch Cain and Council are planning to meet with outside legal counsel as they consider pursuing eminent domain to secure a 95-acre land tract owned by Jefferson Memorial/Tennova Healthcare to develop a recreation complex.
The executive session is planned before the body’s June 5 regular meeting.
