The Jefferson County Health Care Foundation Fund will provide $535,550 in grants this year to assist with a wide range of health-related initiatives.

The grants will help 21 local non-profit organizations with projects ranging from emergency rescue equipment upgrades to health programs for seniors, cardio equipment for a community center, and programs for children.
