Historic Planning Commissioners in Dandridge say they are impressed with a developer’s $5 million plan to bring the town’s 1927 school building back to life as a senior apartment complex.

The group approved final plans for the project, which is expected to begin construction in early 2021, during their meeting Tuesday afternoon.
