The recently-reopened Second Source Outlet Center uses an innovative business model to serve the local community while providing resources to the ministries of Appalachian Outreach.

A by-the-pound pricing structure for several categories has made the new operation successful since restarting business in June, following the pandemic-related shutdown two weeks after it launched in March.
