Phillips gets maximum 15 years for deaths of mom, two children

Circuit Judge Duane Slone imposed the maximum 15-year sentence against a Jefferson City man convicted of three counts of reckless homicide, but acknowledged that “no sentence this court can give will take the pain away.”
