Rae Hutchins retires

Nothing says “Dandridge” quite like the historic county seat’s Thursday evening Music on the Town series.

Take a late summer evening, add a popular band and a thousand or so concert-goers in the natural amphitheater created by the TVA dike that saved the town from Douglas Lake, and you’ve got a good time.
