COVID by the numbers

With Covid-19 cases and quarantines rising swiftly, the Jefferson County Schools have moved to “distance learning” until after Thanksgiving Break.

Director of Schools Dr. Shane Johnston said the system has worked hard to set up resources for families who don’t have adequate internet access. Meals are also being distributed at schools and along bus routes.
