Kade Parker broke the ice with his first career touchdown reception. But Jefferson County couldn’t break into the win column.

The Patriots matched 10th-ranked Science Hill for a half, trailing by just two points at intermission. But three third-quarter touchdowns gave the Hilltoppers a comfortable lead in their 35-12 triumph at Leroy Shannon Field on Friday.
