With one week left in the Middle 8 Conference football season, Maury Middle School stands alone at the top.

The Hornets rolled to a 34-12 homecoming win over Rutledge Tuesday night, while previously-undefeated Jefferson Middle was upset by White Pine, 14-12 in their homecoming game.
