MORRISTOWN — Aimee Turley doesn’t always get the spotlight. But she proved Thursday night she won’t shy away from it.

Jefferson County led by two points in the decisive fifth set when Turley stepped back to serve. The ball cleared the net and landed in bounds just out of Morristown East’s reach, and Turley’s service ace gave JCHS the win. The Lady Patriots remained undefeated in conference play with a 3-2 triumph at Isenberg-Siler Gymnasium — defeating MoEast 25-19, 19-25, 25-22, 22-25 and 15-12.
